Public Offer Agreement
This document sets out the rules. By purchasing «ZHAIVIR» SWEETS on the website, you agree to these terms.
1 General provisions
This Agreement is a public offer (Art. 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). Clicking the "ORDER" button constitutes your signature and full acceptance of the terms.
2 Definitions
- Goods — «Zhaivir» sweets and everything presented on the website.
- Acceptance — the act of placing an order for goods.
3 Subject of the agreement
We sell — you buy. The description, price and characteristics of the goods on the website form part of this agreement.
4-5 Rights and obligations
Obliged to hand over goods of proper quality and provide truthful information.
Obliged to provide accurate details, pay for the goods and inspect the parcel on receipt.
6 Placing an order
The order is placed on the website. We may call you to clarify details (product, address, availability).
7 Price and payment
Prices are valid at the time of ordering. Payment is made against an invoice (bank transfer to IBAN) or in cash on receipt.
8 Delivery
Delivery throughout Ukraine. Important: the risk of accidental damage passes to you at the moment the parcel is received. Inspect the box at the post office!
! Returns (Important)
Under the law, food products of proper quality are not subject to return.
If the goods arrive damaged, draw up a Report at the post office. Without a Report, claims are not accepted.
11 Force majeure
War, natural disasters and blackouts release the parties from liability for the duration of such circumstances.
12 Personal data
We use your data solely to send you tasty sweets. No spam.
